I have also found reloading data on Alliant .410 but have not found any commentary from anyone who has tried this powder. From a pure cost standpoint, Alliant .410 is the cheapest per pound and also gives the most shells per pound. In the Winchester straight wall hull, the WAA16 fits sloppy and this can create (not will create) powder migration depending on how many times the loads are handled and how tight the load fits in the hull, in regards to wad column height.
