Shutter encoder loads, but does not start. Hello, I use the Shutter Encoder on several computers with Windows 10 as well as 11. Suddenly, the encoder still allows files to be imported, but it no longer displays the image. You can also still select and start functions, but the encoder stops working when you start it. In fact, it does nothing.
