Update — I only had 2 guns in my inventory. Once I successfully exfil’d with a new gun, I was able to swap it out with my insured one. But when I load in, my gun is stock - all of my attachments & customization don’t carry into the game :( Having the same problem since yesterday. Can’t equip my insured gun at all.

Had the same issue and it really seemed to fuck with a gun slot just by having the blueprint in the insured slot, whether it was equipped or not. Just build out a …Equip something onto that gun.
